30 Day 'Finding Yourself' Journal Challenge

I have had this urge to write for quite some time now-- and I thought this would be the perfect way to complete that task: a 30 day spiritual journal challenge.

We will begin the challenge on September 1st and it will run until September 30th. You can write your thoughts anywhere- a journal, simply think about it, a Facebook post, instagram photos, a blog... whatever you choose. I just want all of us to think about our lives and really focus on becoming happier, healthier people.

So, who's joining me? I sure hope you're raising your hand!

Friday, September 1st: What are 3 life lessons you've learned so far on your journey?
Saturday, September 2nd: How do you show yourself love? If you haven't been 'great' at showing yourself love, how can you start?
Sunday, September 3rd: What is your favorite passage of scripture? Why?
Monday, September 4th: What is your best characteristic (outwardly and inwardly?)
Tuesday, September 5th: What is one thing that is stressing you out right now? How can you find rest in Jesus during this time? What other ways can you address the stress and eliminate it?
Wednesday, September 6th: What is one thing you can do for someone else right now that would bless them? Lets make someone else smile today.
Thursday, September 7th: Is there someone in your life that you are not offering forgiveness to or still holding a grudge towards? Is there a way you can address this today? Can you write a letter to them? How can you heal this wound in your heart?
Friday, September 8th: What gives you the most comfort in this life?
Saturday, September 9th: What is one moment that has changed you in this life? Has it been for the good or for the bad? Why?
Sunday, September 10th: What is one quality you want to improve about yourself? How can you do that?
Monday, September 11th: Where were you on 9/11?
Tuesday, September 12th: Read Galatians 5:22-23 today. What fruit of the Spirit do you feel you are lacking? How can you work on obtaining this fruit of the Spirit?
Wednesday, September 13th: What fear have you overcome in your life? How has it bettered you as a person?
Thursday, September 14th: Describe the last time you did something nice for someone. How did you feel during and after?
Friday, September 15th: Who are some of your favorite people? What do they bring to your life? Why do you enjoy having them around?
Saturday, September 16th: What are some of your values?
Sunday, September 17th: "Forgive yourself. Not just once, again and again and again. As many times as it takes to find peace." (Unknown) Is there something you have not forgiven yourself for? What steps can you take to forgive yourself?
Monday, September 18th: Get in touch with nature today. Take a walk outdoors. Step outside and breathe. How did you feel after doing this?
Tuesday, September 19th: What is your morning routine like? Is there anything you would change about it?
Wednesday, September 20th: What is one thing you need to work on about yourself? And what is one thing that you absolutely love about yourself?
Thursday, September 21st: What do you hope people feel when they first meet you?
Friday, September 22nd: What is one of your greatest dreams? And what is one step that you can take towards achieving that dream?
Saturday, September 23rd: Write a small letter to your past self.
Sunday, September 24th: How often do you compare yourself to others? What can help eliminate this?
Monday, September 25th: What would be your ideal rainy day?
Tuesday, September 26th: How do you relax? If you aren't able to relax, what things can you change in your life in order to relax?
Wednesday, September 27th: Is there someone in your life that needs encouragement right now? What can you do to bless them?
Thursday, September 28th: Are you a role model for someone? What types of things make you a good role model for others?
Friday, September 29th: What is one of your favorite quotes?
Saturday, September 30th: What do you hope to accomplish in the month of October?

I am so excited to start this journey with all of you! And I hope you'll share some of these with all of us!
