I'm just a sinner saved by grace. God has asked me to allow grace to work in my life-- even when I didn't think I was worthy of it.

Allowing Grace
I hit rock bottom.
I felt what it was like to have a lack of a relationship with God threaten to rip every good thing from my life.
I knew I needed a change and that that change was going to come from Jesus Christ. I had to find Him all over again and not only repent, but promise that I was going to leave all the bad and negative behind and start fresh.
So here I am.
ALLOWING grace.
I wanted to call it 'Seeking grace' but the truth is, we don't have to seek it. It's already available for all of us. We just need to push past this idea that we have to earn it and just allow it to work in our lives. One day at a time.
So, this is my little place to share my thoughts on my journey to be a better person. Reading the word of God that proves to be the most powerful tool we have. Refusing to take part in negativity so my spirit can feel light.. free. Becoming sober- there were weeks when I would go through 4-9 bottles of wine a week. Imagine the damaging effects this had on my soul... my family's souls.
The journey of allowing grace to work in my life so I can be a better mom, wife, friend, relative.
